Is my retina detached?

week today got hit in eye lump of bread directly in left eye eyelid opened 5 metres away, wasn't expecting made eye water 10 minutes. eye had been red in spot hit. has still been bit red since , eyeball aches bit time time.

eyesight seems right, not getting floaters , haven't been seeing flashes.

reassure me?
