My friend says shes emo..she needs help!?

there wrong best friend....
starving herself...cutting herself , wants life end.
says shes emo doesn't want emo..i've helped through lot of problems 1 hard handle...shes been having mood swings , seems depressed. doesn't want tell anyone..about this. told friend if gets in trouble literally cut arm , kill herself, said doesn't care if people love devastated if killed herself. said doesn't want go school because of cuts made , feels sick..she told me shes not eating until tuesday or maybe never said..i don't want lose wonderful friend...please her...
