How do I get a student at school to stop bullying me?

in high school. 16 years old. student hits me in hallway every school day. 1 time hit him , principle said if again or upset him suspended.i told guidance consular, teachers, assistant principle , principle countless times issue.. did nothing. pretend care or don't seem care. can't go different school because father can't afford move. father went school 1 time set meeting issue. told him can't because student has disability. can done issue?
