What can I say has happened to get out of swimming?

today monday (obviously) , due come on tomorrow (tuesday) , have swimming lesson on thursday.
swimming 8 week period (this week week 5) , first week swam tampon in , leaked! but..not noticed, found uncomfortable..
so, week need believable excuse can fake mom, teachers , friends.
