How much should I save for a trip to Japan?

i'm us, , i've wanted go japan long time now. wondering sufficient amount of money bring me on trip. main destination tokyo, visit other cities if could. have $7,000 saved. plan stay 2 weeks, , things intend are:

1. walk alot. means stopping @ local stores, checking out scenes. buying souvenirs home.

2. i've wanted go mount fuji. on list.

3. train rides other historic , beautiful places. temples, shrines , such. maybe trip osaka while i'm @ it.

hotel accommodation well. if has suggestions decently priced hotels in tokyo, great.
