Should i tell my teacher that i overdosed on paracetamol ?

feel dizzy , have been sick twice dont have school till tommorow , shy dont know if have courage tell , definatley cant tell parents 1 of 6 children , think happy , dont know how depressed have been feeling lately cant stand exams , getting grades older siblings

i , evrytime have spoken has been nice dont want tell parents because embarrased (i took 20 yesterday) :/ please answer need fast
