Should I go to South Africa for University?

depends on university decide attend. there 2 universities there world class - university of witwatersrand (wits) , university of cape town (uct). people mention stellenbosch being quite well, don't know talking about. stellenbosch potheads developed interest in wine.
wits , uct offer world class education internationally recognised @ fraction of price of 1st world countries. not dangerous either.

is safe, risks? i'm 18 year old male caucasian.
