Knee Pain but I'm fifteen?

i'm fifteen , i've been having problems knees past couple of years. used walk around lot not anymore since winter. pain first started in right knee 2 years ago. since then, it's spread both knees , right hip. it's sharp pain or dull pain , tends happen once day , lasts hours. i'm in jrotc raiders, involves lot of physical endurance , knees hurt @ raiders too.

mom diagnosed ms years ago, , i'm first born daughter. says i'm showing signs of having ms, sign, or more? i've considered them being growing pains, it's knees , hip hurt , doctor said it's not i'll grow anymore. ideas may wrong me?

pain ranges 2-4, doesn't matter i'm doing.
