What should i do if my birthday is on December 31 ?

have countdown new years/birthday party. fun stay midnight, play lots of games, have makeshift balloon drop, watch movie, have fireworks(if legal in area) make lots of noice @ midnight, set new years resolutions etc. loved kinds of parties

so birthday happens on december 31. , i'm gonna 14. in 30 more days since first day of december. parents never let me have party friends birthdays boring. wat shoulld do? thx. , live in az if u have outside activites. thx.
