I have terrible stage fright? please HELP?

have perform monolouge infront of 9-10 people age (17) on sunday , im nervous stops me getting on stage , cry ive heard turn nerves perform or it'll fine on , it! highly irriating because cant , okay frustrating me cause want act terrible fright cant stage , tomorrow have monolouge , im terriyed wadnt going go want dont , feel cant @ all!!! going quit place im @ doing acting , go musical theatre place (because teacher @ current place not helpfull @ all! youll fine feels same if youve had stage fright before no saying stuff doesnt or work) , proper big performances can kinda cause not me big team/group of people can alot better , might confidence , able di right? ... feel theres giant block of stopping me going on stage on own , want act badly cant! do?!?!
