in uk there organisation called under 17 car club. can join 11.
17 age in uk can provisional license.
experience says taught 11 age start driving off highway.
teach techniques needed driving , members chance drive trucks, buses , variety of cars before 17. results show these people make safer new drivers.
best age 11 taught properly,.

today me , friend discussing age people should start driving. friend says 16 age start driving. 18 age start driving because @ age people more mature , more responsible. want know opinion if 16 or 18 age drive.
