have woken several times stiff back, stiff arms, stiff neck, stiff legs , wondering if perhaps bed 4 years old cause of this? never feel rested i’m bit tired , don’t feel refreshed when first in morning. suffer sleep paralysis or feel arms , legs heavy. every time move in bed feel somewhere in body.
