My sons neck swelling?

7 year old son has problem. sent him hospital wife not know if can trust opinion of doctor because of live. right side of neck swollen said not hurt when swallows hurts when touched. whole side not hurt though. swollen area. seems large lymph-nodes , have never seen before. first thought tonsils can swallow. right side. or right of adams apple. opinions or suggestions? live in philippines why looking suggestions here. in case hospital useless.
