I got a Recall on my Chevy Cruze, could it possibly be a lemon?

recalls important part of owning car. there 2 types of recalls. government forced recalls , voluntary recalls. either way vehicle not lemon. called oversight. design flaw missed designers.

case in point: have 94 dodge grand caravan. last summer got recall notice it. 13 year old van 189,000 miles on it. thought laughed out of dealership. went repair bay, told me have seat , take 15 minutes fix it. fixed clock spring of never knew bad never wanted find out.

if fixed , don't worry it. btw, clock spring electrical wire mounted on hub of steering wheel allow electrical signals pass air bag.

i bought in germany through dealership while stationed there. now, got in mail recall. live in virginia, vehicle wasn't purchased here, can't follow virginia state laws when comes lemon laws. lemon law can go off of???
