How to heal my the bottom of my left foot?

honestly, have broken heal height. can try icing , staying off of as possible, if continues hurt go doctors or hospital have professional evaluate it. since play sports, don't want continue make situation worse.

today jumped fence perhaps 14ft tall, , when jumped off landed on feet fell back. im not quite sure happened since bottom of foot has been hurting. cant walk on heel @ all. how should treat it? ice? massage? im concerned because play on soccer team
