What can I do to make my run harder?


add in little bit more distance , pick pace around 10 sec. per mile. or keep @ same intensity, long intensity same not lose conditioning. do. run @ home in hilly region , when beach college keep intensity same. have "re-used hills" no matter do. have twice per year.

for past 3 months, i've been away @ college, , very hilly there. coming home winter break, however, flat , runs not hard. can ensure don't lose of conditioning while home?
