friend showed me writing thing of how lucid dream on facebook, , i'm creeped out now, since takes me 20-30 minutes fall asleep amount of time takes hallucinations. scared. feel freak me out more because i'm claustrophobic. plus it's 12:30 a.m here, i'm tired , i'm scared go sleep. :( how keep having lucid dreams?
