How can I repair my memory card please help?

i'm using blackberry 9320 , last night trying download video on internet , said "error" coz had signal problem. out of no screen popup appeared saying "a media card has been inserted contains errors. u wish repair now?" clicked yes said repaired failed, keeps on saying repaired failed. don't want format memory card coz has lots of stuff don't think i'll ever find anywhere, have pics, music, , whole lots of things plz help.
