Why do i find other cultures types of food disgusting ?

im not racist or , im not trying offend opinion. everytime see food other cultures indian ,african,asian , other types of food im scared taste , looks gross me.two days ago had greek food , didn't parents did alot .i trew eating .i find other peoples culture food gross .the food ill eat italian , mexican food.
