I dont want to parent my child with aspergers?

have 9 year old son diagnosed aspergers. behaviour has gotten worse since heard diagnosis , switched medicaitons... again. has been treated adhd 4 years. @ end of rope seems think not need held accountable. im told if try discipline him dad iam abusing him. has disease , cannot arguement. dont want take son out in public because demand buy him expensive toy. if dont breaksj out tantrum or stand there , at. love son, if there test test autism have aborted. heath suffering emotionally , physically. want pack bags , walk away. cannot handle having defective child anymore.. have lost hope him ever amounting anything. lucky if stays out of jail behaviour, less finish high school. of course father says inherited side of family, it;s fault. cannot take more, there parents special needs kids ever feel same way?
