I'm almost 20 years old and I'm very interested in opening up a Roth IRA account. Any help?

i'm turn 20 , have been researching roth ira accounts , i'm thinking opening 1 up. thing is, work @ bar in college town pays me in cash not have fixed income or salary, problem? able add cash account via transfer account or how process work? also, best online sites open roth ira account not require huge amount of money started. have been looking @ etrade , seem them of reviews have read. thoughts or opinions great. thanks
