Do I need speech therapy?

hi, i'm 16 years old , wondering if needed speech therapy. problem literally sound 5 year old wearing braces when speak. when use words s, ch, n, m, th, h, i, r, , w can't them properly. entire life thought had been saying them right 1 day recorded myself , apparently haven't. reccomended take speech therapy when in grade 1, hasn't improved much. figured out how speak (no through myy nose) few hours ago...but problem still isn't solved :( people think i'm retarded when speak don't have many friends....i absolutely hate speaking out loud in front of class or teachers or people don't know. nervous because of way voice sounds , how pronounce words. people won't hire me if sound stupid either...thanks.
