Is it ok to jog 2 miles every day without losing weight?
if start working out more cardio, lose weight, avoid this, eat more. im 6ft 3in , 300 lbs, run several km day, , dominate in scrums , rucks. when im not working out, eating crazy. protein shakes , meat, vegetables , sort of starch, (potatoes, rice, or bread) if dont protein shakes, buy chocolate powder protein shakes @ nearest fitness , sports store, or drugstore or somehitng, , make peanut butter , hole milk, thats nutritious can get.
