now. litigation has funny way of making 1 side take beating , guessing neither side wants on wrong end of court battle. owners have more @ stake since have lot more forced disclosure in terms of finances exposing them union , court of public opinion more ever. lead either quick resolution or long court battle.....they might not listen obama both sides might want avoid nuclear option.

bq. have seen several griffins games far (do anyways) , have gotten couple other games (ferris state & k-wings game). liking seeing few of young guys, goose, brendan smith , tatar have been landon ferraro has been impressive of late (think darren helm better scoring touch...he fast!). jurco shows flashes, andersson has been in front of net prospects ready fill roster spots in positive way.
