try vk.com - there groups learn foreign languages, incl english. i'm pretty sure members willing you. don't go odnoklassniki (the majority of users won't speak english) or such sites mamba ('spoiled' pros).
there livemocha.com, sharedtalk.com, lang-8.com - there russians there too.
, of course facebook, don't know how (regarding learning language) though, but...
