Should I send both SAT scores or just one?

took sat twice. college applying says consider highest section scores across sat dates. first sat got
critical reading - 580
math - 540
writing - 530

on 2nd got
critical reading - 560
math - 560
writing - 470

don't know if should send both scores because did alot worse on writing part 2nd time. 20 point increase in math section worth risk of letting college find out how badly scored on writing part 2nd time?
