I ran too much yesterday, now i can't walk. What should I do?


nothing rest.

if it's have come broken ankle , feeling pain - literally. muscle fibres have been strained , ripped bit, they'll need time recover.

have been aching weekend made comeback on friday. news both of is, if next week run distance hurt less. :)

i ran yesterday , today can't out of bed.
body hurts horribly bellybutton ankles....
help, how can stop such pain
