How do run without throwing up?


last week threw @ basketball practice after doing these sprint exercise things. i'm afraid i'm gonna throw again tomorrow. dont know if we're doing same thing or not run/sprint first 20 minutes or so. how prevent myself throwing up? around 8 , leave @ around 8:15 without breakfast. basketball @ around 830 , start right when there. don't give myself time wake since abd go. please :)
