How can know about that my site is penalize or not?

can tell if website has been penalized or not either checking whether rank drop dramatically or disappeared search engine result page (taknig keep track of rank).

option check webmasters account, should alerts them whether site got penalized.

if unfortunate enough penalized, first must clean site of bad things search engines don't such bad links, keyword stuffing , etc. once clean site, visit following link , submit ticket recrawled
