Who are more Celtic? The Irish or the Welsh?

both descendants of celts (in case don't know celts occupied majority of western europe not british isles). in today's society quite close both have areas speak in native celtic tongues, i'd irish more "known" being celtic.

there still keltic-speaking people in both nations. both belong caucasoid sub-racial types. though irish more light-eyed welsh, both groups in majority pale, brown-haired , exceed human groups in red-headedness.
