Please explain why my throat is hurting?

posted twice. can post many times (actually can't--multiple postings violate ya guidelines). however, still won't change fact not know doing , not accept fix don't know complicated , takes trained, expert voice teacher guide face-to-face can see , hear doing , not doing when sing. beyond that, if throat in pain now, have medical problem , need doctor @ throat. haven't ruined vocal cords.

voice lessons aren't bad singers. it's not insult tell take lessons. lessons benefit talented more untalented.

cantilena gave great answer both times. i'm saying should listen advice , not keep posting until tells want hear.

disagree food/drink thing. avoid things if bother when don't sing, because won't bother if singing. water idea. need keep hydrated mucous membranes won't dry out.

why throat hurt when sing apparently because im not using diaphragm can use diaphragm know can maybe im not using properly. please explain how can use diaphragm , when change pitch of singing throat hurts how stop that?
