have hp pavilion hpe, has amd 6 core fx-6120 processor , radeon hd 7450 graphics card 1 gb ddr3 dedicated memory. admit have no idea means. new whats difference between graphics card , processor? can run few games, skyrim , other games laggy, can buy new graphics card , processor, , replace ones have, , if graphic card , processor should get.
