I have perfect eyesight, but I am forced to wear glasses. Help?

long story short, have perfect eyesight , in group of friends have guy has really bad eyesight. glasses thick , have strong prescription. (i don't know personally, because i've never tried them on, of friends have). well, made bet him (not important about) , punishment me losing have put on glasses, wear them way on nose looking through lenses, , keep them on entire day.
don't know or expect. have perfect vision , have never tried on anybody's glasses. like? says prescription +15.75, don't know means. please help?
