Please help me!! im in so much pain!! My parents cant affors anything to help me!!! What should i do?

ok, have tmj , jaw out of place right , killing me!!! couple of months ago dentist referred me orthodontist said in order fix teeth (which factor in jaw pain) have pull 3 teeth , need braces 2-3 years. , i'm totally fine that. problem parents cant afford that. cant afford type of treatment. , awful! don't mean sound brat, having eat pain killers don't work candy every single day terrible. , knowing going have deal rest of life because cant afford it? horrible! try not tell mom whenever huts because don't want make feel bad not being able fix it. don't know do! there way can fix jaw myself? homemade braces? parents wont let me save buy own because kid shouldnt have pay there own braces...but wont pay them either. im not concerned teeth as jaw alignment. mid line in 2 front teeth on 1-2 farther should be. , again, dont want sound brat, hurts bad!!! cant suffer through this! should do? thanks:/
