Can anyone provide a detailed explanation on the change between ice -> water -> steam?

@ solid state (ice), water molecules packed tightly together, vibrating movement.
solid heated, molecules absorb heat kinetic energy, helps them move faster , break away tight hold (strong intermolecular attraction) . have more kinetic energy allows them slide past eachother in liquid state (less strength of intermolecular attraction) instead of vibrating. more heat added, water molecules gain more kinetic energy, allows them overcome bonds holding them close in sliding form, , spread out in more free distance in gas form, there very little intermolecular attraction @ work.
ionic bonds stronger covalent bonds because ionic bonds involve attraction between 2 oppositely charged atoms there transfer of electron cation anion, whereas covalent bonds formed sharing pair of electrons.
think way: if you're sharing someone, it's easier let go (weaker covalent bonds ---> sharing of electron pairs) if you've taken someone, it's harder let go (stronger ionic bonds ---> transfer of electron 1 another).

include changes of arrangement, movement , energy of particles
talk intermolecular force of attraction

please help!
if kind please please tell me why ionic bonds stronger covalent
