How to make the most of my (swimming) workout.?


so,after rather long lazy period i've decided swimming.and time asked myself-should spice things bit?here's heat consists of now:
8x25 brust
8x25 crawl(freestyle)
8x25 backstroke
per 3/4 heats per session in order in shape,but lap count doesn't matter anyway.what i'm asking is,if every training session consists of same things done in same order,is possible body gets used it,thus slowing/preventing further progress?and should prevent that?i've considered /street/fitness,but i'd rather avoid due lower problems.
, since i'm here anyway,i'd appreciate quick nutrition advice
