Does the Gibson SG have better sustain then a Fender Strat?

humbucker pickups sustain better single coils due power. agree previous post. have thicker warmer sound. if play hard rock, suggest sg day. if play lot of different stuff- rock, folk, country, blues etc recommend strat. can make strat sound similar sg can't make sg sound similar strat. hope helps.

i have alot of fender strat after yesterdays gig im gonna take break them while. im gonna '61 sg reissue(hated es-140t)
