Why don't birds listen?

haven't spent enough time training him quiet means. can't yell out command , expect him know means. have teach him, takes patience , understanding on part. trained dogs listen, new puppy pee on place, or barks excessively, , doesn't know it's bad behavior because it's not trained yet. untrained adult dog doesn't understand commands either, , please, until taught otherwise.

if bird chirping, singing, ect, should consider if bird right pet you. making noise natural action of habitat , signals happy healthy bird, , shouldn't discouraged, unless doing in late night hours. it's way can communicate owner need something. fresh water, food, attention, bath, ect.

however, if sqwaking problem, or screaming, cover cage, leaving front open when want him quiet down, , use command use when want him quiet. few times, , uncover him when gets quiet, repeat when needed. uncover him quiets down, can put command, , action together, otherwise, have no clue telling @ them do.

i keep telling bird shut not listen me. don't know think might dumb or cats , dogs listen why not birds?
