Voltage to amperage conversion?

internal emf (voltage) of given battery determined material cells made , total number of cells contained in battery. current capabilities of given battery determined @ factory. these 2 specs can not changed circuitry out side battery's' terminals.

however, if have 6 volt ideal battery , connect 2, 1 ohm resistors in series batteries' terminals have (6v/2 ohm) = 3 amps of current through each resistor , (3a)*(1 ohm) = 3 volts across each resistor. wow.

if had 6 volt battery , tiny current possible make 3 volt 3 amp battery?
