How should I plead after being cited for failure to contol vehicle?

wrecked car (wheel went off side of road tried on , lost control. slammed culvert marker slid through 2 yards). state highway patrolman cited me failure control. not hurt , 1 involved. after accident dad, brother, , myself fixed 2 yards putting in grass seed in places needed it. guilty since 1 lost control? not guilty or whatever other option is? help
