How is the price of stock is set in real-time?

understanding, real-time stock prices see during day averages of buying , selling of people trading stock. instance in time frame company's stock being traded $10 in 1 deal between buyer , seller while @ same time deal same stock being traded $15 between different set of buyer , seller. if these deals being conducted in time frame, displayed current stock price be: (15 + 10)/2 = $12.50?

also, if decided sell stock need find buyer , negotiate price, correct? don't have company buy @ current trading price?
