EBay account suspended infinitely?

ebay account has been suspended infinitely consistent use of neutral/negative feedback.
first of all, ridiculous. if feel item purchased did not reach it's requirements, should have right leave kind of feedback.

second of all, question this: how long infinitely? know have call them, i'm looking rough estimate have experienced (with or without calling).
month? week? year? today second day me.

lastly, here exact message ebay sent me:

"dear cameo7627 (aags96@yahoo.com),

we're writing let know ebay account has been suspended because found:

-- consistent use of neutral or negative feedback or low detailed seller ratings (1's & 2's) sellers, resulting in unfair reflection of sellers' performance.


because of inappropriate behavior, won't able use ebay account buying, selling, or other activities. fees owe due , charged billing method on file.

please note can't register new account or use existing account while account suspended.
