food: 10(per meal) x 3times day x 30 days month : 900
bills (phone, internet, etc): 80
transportation: 10 per day x 30 days : 300

rm1500 might juuuust enough. might not able "socialize" going cinema, shopping, or travel.

in other words, can survive. enough.
