Why do Arab men sexually attack women, can't they control themselves like decent human beings?

watched t.v documentary pro democracy movement in egypt. reported large groups of men have been attacking women sexually , common in egyptian culture. man myself find type of behaviour difficult understand. why men of arab decent treat women appallingly, muslim thing or in culture. surely know wrong why no self control? animals behave better that. disgusting , condones cannot real man because real men respect women
