live in tokyo, , have night job. work starts me late.
of country gets work around 8am, give or take hours. may tidy office or go kind of debriefing meeting (chourei), , start work @ 9am. 7am.

in japan, time people go work in morning - writing kobe earthquake , need see how many people have been awake , out of homes , how many commute or how many stay in kobe. thank you. choose best answer!
