What Should I Work-Out for Tennis?


yes, save as can lessons. that's #1. don't need $250 racket; won't make better player. comfortable clothing allows freedom of movement *not* have expensive. however, not skimp on tennis shoes. must have high-quality tennis shoes fit correctly, space in between big toe , inner end of shoe.

if must have materials "working out" i've listed tennis workout book below *tons* of exercises , drills. problem is, these won't make better tennis player either. must spend time on court, either practicing, taking lessons, goofing off friends tennis - doubles, practice sets or practice matches, , of course, when you're ready, sanctioned usta tournaments.

junior memberships @ indoor club. reasonable. when kid, indoor club had special early-morning [6am] program juniors cheap, think buck , half. of course, 10,000 years ago, lol
