This is really serious and i need help please!!!!?

got sick couple of days ago , got cold no big deal no fever no throwing up. throat did hurt when swallowed know scratchy feeling has. yea didn't make big deal drank soup , medicine mom gave me. didn't go doctor silly cold , never go unless serious. yesterday , when eating felt scratch feeling gone , there new feeling , hurt bad. stuck in throat , whenever swallow hurts. , left side of throat. think gland(s) got infected , swelled because feels big there , blocking everything. cant eat , drink , sleep because when lay down hurts more. 4:34 , cant sleep , every time want swallow spit , have suffer huge pain 3 seconds. should do? experience anyone?
