Teachers are lazy as hell....?

sad , unfortunate there many people in world feel do, kids grow , go teaching because hours good, bahahah dont last 5 years in job. why? because not know is, time off used plan , prep, wages annualised , not compensated after hours work need do. grading example, teacher find grading between 30 , 150 assessments in 1 week, not mention exams 3 times amount because not marking 1 area you're marking 3 reading, writing , viewing.

not take account preparation time, creating or locating resources, making sure have alternative work incase oh projector isn't working or internet down...then there kids waste class time, fall behind , create havoc.

add sudden number of printers break, run out of ink or disappear when assignments due, number of assignments plagiarised, students abusing teachers, parents abusing teachers, teachers being threatened, students refusing bring pen , paper class let alone work teachers spent hours preparing , maybe you'll start realise teachers human, they're frustrated , yes angry.

no other job low paying staff expected suck up! low pay, lousy conditions , abuse.

jobs threatened because national testing used weapon against schools low scores on tests you' re out, when present everyday when they're ill , should @ home because know kids , needs taught have kids verbally or in cases physically abuse them.

teachers not strike lightly , many leaving profession, in few years no 1 want job , parents , governments abused , didn't support teachers have find alternative way educate them. should hoot, when kids on holidays , hear parents sighing , wishing they'd go school.

kids have accept responsibility kids education, future - if can't handle teachers on strike imagine it's going when no 1 wants job!
