Smoking weed in Amsterdam and then going to Singapore?

family live in singapore (i don't), i'm visiting them on christmas, , heading europe , singapore bit.

maybe thinking of smoking weed in amsterdam heard if you're not in possession of drugs in singapore, if it's found in system can spend years in jail or fined tens of thousands...

have no problem not smoking in amsterdam if it's bad idea, wanted know if there's legal reason should stay away or.. yeah. or if it's not legal have in system long it's not in possession?
