Is windows 8 bad for a gaming pc?

it's not gaming, in general. everytime new operating system comes out, programs needed updated in order have capability programs. though can run older versions, it's not good. windows 8 have bugs , cause glitches in games play. example, posted picture of windows 8 computer glitching graphics on shooter play.

i bought gaming pc , has windows 8 installed told me rid of , windows 7 reason. did research , couldn't find differens between windows 8 , 7 in terms of gaming. can me out this?
